BizCustoms.com came into existence out of the painful experience of watching business people who seemed lost or clueless. Watching tactical errors, unintential offense, and serial awkwardness, and receiving really dreadful written communications finally reached critical mass.

We know that many of these people are aware they aren’t doing all that well. They would like to behave differently or make different choices. They know it would have a positive effect on their balance sheet. They just don’t know what needs to change. They don’t understand what better choices or different behaviors look like.
